The home security hub transmits data in MQTT format to the cloud server. The server then converts this information into ARC’s proprietary DC 09 protocol and transmits it to the ARC platform.

Direct Transmission to IP Receiver with Protocol Conversion:
The home security hub sends data in DC 09 format directly to the IP receiver. The IP receiver acts as an intermediary, converting the DC 09 format into ARC’s specific protocol or MRL2000 standard protocol. The converted data is then sent to the ARC platform for processing.

How long the data stays in the cloud?
There are two situations now. 1.When the customer does not delete the account, user data will be stay in cloud forever. 2. When user account is deleted, the message notification will be saved for two weeks, the data will be deleted within one week.
Is RB Link App free to use?
Yes, RB Link App is free to use. There are no subscription fees.
Does the app have Android and iOS versions?
Yes. You can scan the QR code on the Home Security Hub packaging to download it, or search for RB Link App on Google Play or the App Store.
Can I share the devices with my family members?
Certainly. You can refer to our User Manual or videos on our official YouTube channel to share the devices with your family members through the App.
Before sharing, make sure you have added and properly configured the Hub and other devices. Also, have your family members download the App and register as users. Then, you can go to My -> Share in the App and select your Hub to share it.
